Library can never locate the books I want to check out, even when they are suppose to be held for me. I'm always told they are at another branch. This is a scam. They don't have the books to begin with. Plus employees are rude and nosy.
Great environment, great people. Always willing to help me find what I'm looking for and willing to go out of their way to find me new material.
